Our migration agents and lawyers can assist throughout the whole migration process. Our migration agents and lawyers will assist from the very beginning of the process with the form filling to lodging the visa applications to the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP). Even once the application has been lodged we continue to act for our clients diligently by following up the visa application status with DIBP.

Our immigration lawyers are experienced also in assisting clients with appeals and reviews. We are able to assist with all applications for review to the Migration Review Tribunal and the Refugee Review Tribunal (Administrative Appeals Tribunal) for people who may have had their visa applications refused.

We can also assist with all appeals to Australian courts (Federal Circuit Court of Australia, Federal Court of Australia and the High Court of Australia).

Let us take the stress out of the application and lodgement process by providing a friendly and streamlined legal service aiming to achieve the desired visa outcome in the shortest possible time.

Reviews and Appeals

Even if your visa application has been unsuccessful, there are still options available. Immigration Department decisions can be reviewed by application to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal. We can also assist with appeals to the Federal Courts.
